She's someone you may never meet. But someone you will never forget...

Someone who will live in your heart forever. She has inspired thousands of generous, compassionate people to open their hearts and make this world a better place.

Their love is making all the difference in helping this brave girl win her battle against eye cancer at New York’s prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

You can help this perfect stranger too.

Because she and her mom need all the help they can get. They need a miracle.

YOU CAN MAKE THAT MIRACLE HAPPEN...

Because not only do they have to fight cancer... Cancer that claimed this girl's right eye...

But they also have to fight politics and prejudice

You can almost hear the whispers:

"She's a single mother..." "Is her child autistic?..."
"What a strange name..." "They don't speak English..."

And to top it off, they are from Russia, a country that makes negative headlines every single day. A country, who's doctors mistakenly convince this single mom to have her daughter's right eye removed. After all, the girl has cancer in her eye. How else can they save her life?

How else? Well, by coming to America for cancer treatment.

Russian doctors, as a rule, do not send their patients to America. That would reflect badly on them. Even if going to America means getting this girl treatment not yet known in Russia.

It's ironic too. Because this girl was born on the Fourth of July. Independence Day. She and her mother love America.

Thankfully there are caring, kindhearted individuals in this world. Who have the courage to set politics, prejudices, and stereotypes aside...

Who allow their hearts to be touched by a mother’s love and determination to save her only child...

People who have not lost their humanity. Who believe that children shouldn't have to go blind because of where they are born.

Are you one of these caring and kindhearted people?
If you are, you can do something meaningful and life changing today...

You can help a child. You can save a girl's life. You can make her a cancer survivor. You can save a girl's eye. So she won't go blind.

You can give a brave single mother an immediate sense of relief and comfort. Tears of gratitude well up in her eyes knowing that her daughter is not alone in this world.

For a small tax deductible donation and a few minutes of your time, you can embrace two perfect strangers who have nowhere else to turn.

You will be their guardian angel as they make their next long journey from the Arctic Circle to America. To a new life filled with hope, health, and a better future.

MEET "SNOW WHITE"

Or "Snow Girl." That's how this girl's name could be translated into English.  In the Russian language, her name is Snezhana. A very popular name in some colder climates.

Her mother is Catherine. Determined. Always moving forward no matter the obstacles.

THIS IS THEIR STORY...

Snezhana began to lose her sight in infancy. At the age of just eight months, she was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, a malignant tumor in her right eye.

It was not possible to treat it. In order to keep her alive and stop the disease, doctors convinced her mother to remove the eye.

But after a few years, the tumor returned and tried to kill her again. This time the doctors gave up, they offered to remove the other eye as well.

On three occasions, Catherine refused to remove the eye. She did not want her to daughter to have another prosthetic eye. With the help of the Rusfond children's charity in Moscow she made it to America, where the tumor was killed at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Now, Snezhana is ten years old, she doesn’t speak, and she only has peripheral vision in her left eye.

What can she see with it? Something that even we, who have normal eyesight, often fail to see: a life.

Today she urgently needs to return to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York to make sure her tumor has not come back.

Please help make a miracle happen.
